Limassa Empire Ways Nigeria Limited was founded in 2007 and has become known and trusted for construction management, Construction of Heavy Steel Structures, Interior Furniture, design-build, consulting, self-performing concrete, Bridging, Road Pavement, urban roads, drainage, building works, and offering epoxy flooring as well as procurement and supply services.
Since the beginning, we have been laser-focused on being a good steward of client resources.

The environment is one of the major concerns of Limassa Empire Ways Nigeria Limited during operation. In this regard, the company strives to implement all environmentally friendly and Sustainable Construction techniques in accordance with local regulations and the latest standards and practices. This shall be mainly achieved through Environmental Impact assessment.

The environmental impact assessment shall be done periodically in order to assess the environmental impact of the proposed activity whenever there is a change in activity or a new activity. Management Staff of the company has been given the responsibility and the authority to determine environmental aspects of an activity or process, over which necessary control is to be exercised, keeping in view the significant impact on the environment.

The aspects, which are considered as significant and legal regulatory non-conformance, shall be taken into consideration for establishing the environmental objectives. For significant aspects, there shall be effective control & monitoring procedures in order to prevent item from becoming significant.

Zero Incident policy is strictly implemented during company operations to achieve this mission. In order to succeed in this policy, the procedure for hazard identification techniques & evaluation of hazards’ potential & risks is established and documented.

An effective hierarchy of control & monitoring mechanisms will be applied for all significant hazards to prevent or mitigate the effect of the evaluated risks. These mechanisms will be in the form of procedures, work instructions, monitoring, training…etc. Depending on the level of significance and nature of the activities. This shall be mainly achieved through risk Assessment. The risk assessment shall be done periodically and whenever there is a change in activity or a new activity. The Management Staff has been given the responsibility and the authority to determine the magnitude of risks and the potential consequences of hazards of an activity or process, over which necessary control is to be exercised, keeping in view the significant risk to health & safety.

For significant hazards, there shall be effective risk reduction measures to control & monitor the procedures in order to prevent them from becoming significant.
